Art in Your Home
People used to think that only the wealthy could afford to order genuine oil paintings of themselves, their homes or their loved ones, but this is no longer the case. Though most painters prefer to choose their own subjects, many are perfectly willing to create canvases depicting famous people, events, or treasured objects that are beloved in people’s lives. Michelangelo, Rembrandt—and many famous moderns like Picasso, Pollock, Georgia O’Keefe and Andy Warhol—eagerly accepted commissions to augment their income and fuel their careers.
Rose accepts private commissions from clients seeking her unique canvases for their homes or offices. If you see paintings here in her gallery that seem to speak especially to you, she would be happy to discuss creating something similar for your needs. Though she does not do traditional “family portraits,” she’s happy to work with you developing the size, color, and approach of an artwork containing your own “personal touch” in its creation!
Consider the elegance and “permanence” that a fine oil painting can add to your home or office—an artwork reflecting some of your own unique tastes and values. Then contact Rose to turn your vision into a beautiful work of art.

Your piece, "Tail Wind", and your other work in your gallery is fantastic. I feel like I could write a story about an elephant lighter than air, exploring on whimsy. It's the type of thing that, even if you didn't like your job, you could come in and look at it all day and still be glad you're there, and it's there. Please know, your work had a wonderful and appreciable impact and I hope someday my wife and I have a wall deserving of it.
